Brilliant book (Llyn Peninsula). Super book really well written.
[Gaynor Troake]

"Just to say how much pleasure my husband and I have had from walks in your books. I have 7 of your books so far of walks around North Wales and Chester area. We try a different walk each time and have found every walk a delight, as well as an adventure finding places we would never have known about. We try to follow a walk every weekend. The size of the book fits perfectly in my map holder. Our weekends have become a delight since the discovery of your books. Thank you. PS I’ve actually got 10 books."
[Karen Jones]

“Your book “Walks around Y Bala and Penllyn” has met a real need to offer visitors to the area suitable walks - a much needed boost to local tourism. It has also given us and our local friends a great deal of pleasure. Thank you very much.” [Kath Irving and Bill Dale,  Llanuwchllyn]

Please thank David Berry for his excellent work. My friends and I have had many enjoyable hours walking around N.Wales with his help. [Peter Swanson]

The sketch maps are very good and both description and map for a given walk appear on one double page. This helps if you need to protect the guide against the elements since you don’t have to worry about page turning.

“It is hard to find much to fault in these guides and I imagine many walkers would be glad to have one or both in their Christmas stocking.” [A review of ‘Walks around Ynys Mon’ and ‘More Walks on the Clwydian Range’ which appeared in North Wales Rambler Dec 2009.]

The Dee Way

“If you get lost it won’t be the fault of the book. Highly recommended and well worth the £8.95 cover price.” [North Wales Rambler]

“The Dee Way is magnificent and I really appreciate the dedication and inspiration involved. I found the routes and relevant information very accurate which gave me great confidence, especially towards the end.” [Peter Brown, Flintshire]

“It was a great walk. The instructions were as clear as possible.” [Martyn Wright, Wirral]

“It was a great pleasure to walk the Dee Way. It is worth to be a national trail.” [Thomas Witzel, Germany]
